ZSCAN12

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ZSCAN12 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZSCAN12-associated genes across cancer lineages are KRTAP19-3, PTH, and TEX26. Each is linked with ZSCAN12 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZSCAN12-to-partner and partner-to-ZSCAN12 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, KRTAP19-3 grouped by ZSCAN12-low versus ZSCAN12-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZSCAN12→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZSCAN12) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
