ZSCAN1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZSCAN1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,139 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZSCAN1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ZSCAN18, EPM2AIP1, and TSHZ1_T852. Each is linked with ZSCAN1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZSCAN1-to-partner and partner-to-ZSCAN1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZSCAN1 versus ZSCAN18 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.47.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZSCAN1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZSCAN1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
