ZSCAN1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZSCAN1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,755 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZSCAN1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PKN3, CHAF1A, and WDR76. Each is linked with ZSCAN1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZSCAN1-to-partner and partner-to-ZSCAN1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PKN3 grouped by ZSCAN1-low versus ZSCAN1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZSCAN1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZSCAN1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
