Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ZRSR2 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ZRSR2 data layer compared with 25 for mass-spec protein and 6 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher ZRSR2 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ZRSR2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
LUAD, LIHC, and UCEC are the cancer types where ZRSR2 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
