ZRSR2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZRSR2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,832 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZRSR2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SYAP1, DDX3Y, and EIF1AY. Each is linked with ZRSR2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZRSR2-to-partner and partner-to-ZRSR2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZRSR2 versus SYAP1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.44.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZRSR2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZRSR2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
