ZRSR2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZRSR2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,583 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZRSR2-associated genes across cancer lineages are CCNB1IP1, ERCC6L, and KIF18A. Each is linked with ZRSR2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZRSR2-to-partner and partner-to-ZRSR2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZRSR2 versus CCNB1IP1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.27.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZRSR2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZRSR2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
