ZRSR2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZRSR2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,878 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZRSR2-associated genes across cancer lineages are CDY8P, RNU5E-8P, and RNU6-554P. Each is linked with ZRSR2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZRSR2-to-partner and partner-to-ZRSR2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CDY8P grouped by ZRSR2-low versus ZRSR2-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZRSR2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZRSR2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
