Across TCGA cell cohorts, ZRSR2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,355 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZRSR2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Growth hormone secretion, Epithelial cilium movement involved in determination of left/right asymmetry, and Cellular response to insulin-like growth factor stimulus. Each is linked with ZRSR2 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZRSR2-to-partner and partner-to-ZRSR2 results are reported.
