ZRANB3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZRANB3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,442 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZRANB3-associated genes across cancer lineages are H4C1, MTCO3P1, and TRDV3. Each is linked with ZRANB3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZRANB3-to-partner and partner-to-ZRANB3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, H4C1 grouped by ZRANB3-low versus ZRANB3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZRANB3→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZRANB3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
