Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ZRANB2 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 6 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ZRANB2 data layer compared with 28 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher ZRANB2 mass-spec protein is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ZRANB2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as COAD and LUAD show a favorable association.

HNSC, CCRCC, and COAD are the cancer types where ZRANB2 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
