Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZRANB2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,198 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ZRANB2-associated genes across cancer lineages are CLCC1, RBBP4, and RPAP2. Each is linked with ZRANB2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZRANB2-to-partner and partner-to-ZRANB2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZRANB2 versus CLCC1 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZRANB2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZRANB2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
