Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ZPR1 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ZPR1 data layer compared with 25 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mutation status.
The strongest signal is observed in clear cell renal cell carcinoma (CCRCC), where higher ZPR1 mass-spec protein is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ZPR1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
CCRCC, PDAC, and COAD are the cancer types where ZPR1 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
