Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZPR1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,317 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ZPR1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are UBE4A, AASDHPPT, and CUL5. Each is linked with ZPR1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZPR1-to-partner and partner-to-ZPR1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZPR1 versus UBE4A in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.61.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZPR1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZPR1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
