Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZPR1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17,224 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ZPR1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZNF202, RNF26, and HMBS. Each is linked with ZPR1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZPR1-to-partner and partner-to-ZPR1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZPR1 versus ZNF202 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.33.
