Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZPR1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 25 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZPR1-associated genes across cancer lineages are Caspase-7-cleavedD198, A-Raf_pS299, and FoxM1. Each is linked with ZPR1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZPR1-to-partner and partner-to-ZPR1 results are reported.
