Across TCGA cell cohorts, ZPR1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,149 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZPR1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Platelet activating factor catabolic process, Ether catabolic process, and Glycerol ether catabolic process. Each is linked with ZPR1 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZPR1-to-partner and partner-to-ZPR1 results are reported.
