Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ZP3P2 RNA is linked to patient survival in 13 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated ZP3P2 data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in stomach adenocarcinoma (STAD), where higher ZP3P2 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ZP3P2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC and LAML show a favorable association.
STAD, OV, and BRCA are the cancer types where ZP3P2 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
