Across TCGA cell cohorts, ZP3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,404 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZP3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of binding of sperm to zona pellucida, Negative regulation of binding of sperm to zona pellucida, and Regulation of acrosome reaction. Each is linked with ZP3 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZP3-to-partner and partner-to-ZP3 results are reported.
