Across TCGA cell cohorts, ZNRF3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,808 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZNRF3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of T-helper 17 cell lineage commitment, Positive regulation of DNA metabolic process, and Regulation of DNA repair. Each is linked with ZNRF3 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZNRF3-to-partner and partner-to-ZNRF3 results are reported.
