Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZNRF2P3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,669 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZNRF2P3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Polysaccharide metabolic process, GPI anchor metabolic process, and Transport along microtubule. Each is linked with ZNRF2P3 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZNRF2P3-to-partner and partner-to-ZNRF2P3 results are reported.
