ZNRF1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZNRF1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,844 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZNRF1-associated genes across cancer lineages are BTN2A2, RASSF5, and TLR8. Each is linked with ZNRF1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZNRF1-to-partner and partner-to-ZNRF1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZNRF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZNRF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
