Across TCGA cell cohorts, ZNRF1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,344 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZNRF1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of myoblast fusion, Negative regulation of RNA splicing, and Negative regulation of syncytium formation by plasma membrane fusion. Each is linked with ZNRF1 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZNRF1-to-partner and partner-to-ZNRF1 results are reported.
