ZNRD2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZNRD2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,145 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZNRD2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NASP, PAPLN, and G3BP1. Each is linked with ZNRD2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZNRD2-to-partner and partner-to-ZNRD2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZNRD2 versus NASP in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.28.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZNRD2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZNRD2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
