Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ZNHIT6 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ZNHIT6 data layer compared with 25 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in lung squamous cell carcinoma (LUSC), where higher ZNHIT6 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ZNHIT6 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
LUSC, BRCA, and UCEC are the cancer types where ZNHIT6 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
