The strongest signal is observed in glioblastoma multiforme (GBM), where higher ZNHIT6 mass-spec protein is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ZNHIT6 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as GBM and LUAD show a favorable association.
GBM, LUAD, and PDAC are the cancer types where ZNHIT6 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
