Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZNHIT6 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,158 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ZNHIT6-associated genes across cancer lineages are MTND4LP19, RN7SL817P, and PYY3. Each is linked with ZNHIT6 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZNHIT6-to-partner and partner-to-ZNHIT6 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MTND4LP19 grouped by ZNHIT6-low versus ZNHIT6-high in BLCA.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZNHIT6→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZNHIT6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
