ZNHIT3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZNHIT3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 20,035 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZNHIT3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are LIG3, CCDC43, and XRCC1. Each is linked with ZNHIT3 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZNHIT3-to-partner and partner-to-ZNHIT3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZNHIT3 versus LIG3 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.81.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZNHIT3→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZNHIT3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
