ZNHIT3

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZNHIT3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,637 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZNHIT3-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNMT, JADE3, and C1orf109. Each is linked with ZNHIT3 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZNHIT3-to-partner and partner-to-ZNHIT3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZNHIT3 versus RNMT in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZNHIT3→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZNHIT3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
