ZNHIT2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZNHIT2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 55 significant associations in total. BLCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZNHIT2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPS29P32, RNU6-993P, and NDUFB9P3. Each is linked with ZNHIT2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZNHIT2-to-partner and partner-to-ZNHIT2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RPS29P32 grouped by ZNHIT2-low versus ZNHIT2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZNHIT2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZNHIT2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
