ZNHIT2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ZNHIT2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7 significant associations in total. BREAST shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZNHIT2-associated genes across cancer lineages are KRTAP17-1, OPRPN, and TRIML1. Each is linked with ZNHIT2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZNHIT2-to-partner and partner-to-ZNHIT2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, KRTAP17-1 grouped by ZNHIT2-low versus ZNHIT2-high in SKIN.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZNHIT2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZNHIT2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
