ZNHIT1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZNHIT1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,763 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZNHIT1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PDAP1, ARMC10, and BAIAP2L1. Each is linked with ZNHIT1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZNHIT1-to-partner and partner-to-ZNHIT1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZNHIT1 versus PDAP1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.52.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZNHIT1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZNHIT1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
