Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZNHIT1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 646 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ZNHIT1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ETF1P3, HLA-N, and RNA5SP451. Each is linked with ZNHIT1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZNHIT1-to-partner and partner-to-ZNHIT1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ETF1P3 grouped by ZNHIT1-low versus ZNHIT1-high in BLCA.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZNHIT1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZNHIT1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
