Across TCGA cell cohorts, ZNHIT1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,978 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ZNHIT1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of mitochondrial ATP synthesis coupled proton transport, Mitochondrial respirasome assembly, and Protein localization to chromatin. Each is linked with ZNHIT1 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZNHIT1-to-partner and partner-to-ZNHIT1 results are reported.
