ZNFX1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZNFX1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,471 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZNFX1-associated genes across cancer lineages are GPR3, SRPRB, and LRRC43. Each is linked with ZNFX1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZNFX1-to-partner and partner-to-ZNFX1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GPR3 grouped by ZNFX1-low versus ZNFX1-high in CESC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZNFX1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZNFX1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
