ZNF92

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZNF92 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,675 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZNF92-associated proteins across cancer lineages are GTF2I, BAZ1B, and RSBN1L. Each is linked with ZNF92 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZNF92-to-partner and partner-to-ZNF92 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZNF92 versus GTF2I in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.57.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZNF92→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZNF92) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
