Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZNF92 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 89 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ZNF92-associated genes across cancer lineages are SLC1A1, ERBIN, and SLURP1. Each is linked with ZNF92 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZNF92-to-partner and partner-to-ZNF92 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZNF92 versus SLC1A1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.84.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZNF92→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZNF92) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
