ZNF92

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZNF92 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,535 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZNF92-associated genes across cancer lineages are CTU2, RPS12P15, and ABCG2. Each is linked with ZNF92 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZNF92-to-partner and partner-to-ZNF92 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CTU2 grouped by ZNF92-low versus ZNF92-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZNF92→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZNF92) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
