ZNF92

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ZNF92 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,754 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZNF92-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZNF107, ZNF138, and ZNF273. Each is linked with ZNF92 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZNF92-to-partner and partner-to-ZNF92 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZNF92 versus ZNF107 in BLOOD_Lymphoma, with a Pearson correlation of 0.83.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZNF92→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZNF92) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
