ZNF91

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZNF91 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 65 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZNF91-associated genes across cancer lineages are FoxM1, Lck, and Caspase-8. Each is linked with ZNF91 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZNF91-to-partner and partner-to-ZNF91 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FoxM1 grouped by ZNF91-low versus ZNF91-high in LUSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZNF91→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZNF91) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
