Q-omics provides the consensus-scored ZNF890P profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. ZNF890P expression is associated with patient survival in 21 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in READ. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, ZNF890P is differentially expressed in 9, with the highest sampling consensus in LUAD. Additionally, ZNF890P RNA expression shows 8,939 significant gene co-expression associations, with the highest sampling consensus in THYM. Together, these results highlight READ, LUAD, and THYM as cancer lineages where ZNF890P shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.
