Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ZNF876P Mutation is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ZNF876P data layer compared with 23 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in breast invasive carcinoma (BRCA), where higher ZNF876P Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ZNF876P expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
BRCA, UCEC, and SARC are the cancer types where ZNF876P Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
