Across TCGA cell cohorts, ZNF875 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,047 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZNF875-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of DNA-templated transcription initiation, Protein polyubiquitination, and Regulation of syncytium formation by plasma membrane fusion. Each is linked with ZNF875 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZNF875-to-partner and partner-to-ZNF875 results are reported.
