The most reproducible ZNF865-associated genes across cancer lineages are JAK2, CYTH4, and RUBCNL. Each is linked with ZNF865 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZNF865-to-partner and partner-to-ZNF865 results are reported.
