Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZNF862 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,843 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ZNF862-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RPL5, LARP4_S583, and TIMM17A. Each is linked with ZNF862 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZNF862-to-partner and partner-to-ZNF862 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZNF862 versus RPL5 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.42.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZNF862→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZNF862) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
