Across TCGA cell cohorts, ZNF853 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,808 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZNF853-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are RNA splicing, via transesterification reactions, RNA splicing, via transesterification reactions with bulged adenosine as nucleophile, and mRNA splicing, via spliceosome. Each is linked with ZNF853 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZNF853-to-partner and partner-to-ZNF853 results are reported.
