Across TCGA cell cohorts, ZNF852 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,121 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ZNF852-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of double-strand break repair, Positive regulation of DNA repair, and Positive regulation of double-strand break repair via homologous recombination. Each is linked with ZNF852 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZNF852-to-partner and partner-to-ZNF852 results are reported.
