ZNF850

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZNF850 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,952 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZNF850-associated proteins across cancer lineages are WRNIP1, SSRP1, and CENPV. Each is linked with ZNF850 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZNF850-to-partner and partner-to-ZNF850 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZNF850 versus WRNIP1 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.48.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZNF850→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZNF850) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
