ZNF845

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZNF845 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,265 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZNF845-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TRIM28, WIZ, and DEK. Each is linked with ZNF845 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZNF845-to-partner and partner-to-ZNF845 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZNF845→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZNF845) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
