Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZNF843 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,345 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZNF843-associated proteins across cancer lineages are AGO1, CFD, and FEN1. Each is linked with ZNF843 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZNF843-to-partner and partner-to-ZNF843 results are reported.
