Across TCGA cell cohorts, ZNF843 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,122 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ZNF843-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of syncytium formation by plasma membrane fusion, Regulation of myoblast fusion, and Regulation of TORC1 signaling. Each is linked with ZNF843 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZNF843-to-partner and partner-to-ZNF843 results are reported.
